What a job costs
One job costs three things added together, and you see the total before you confirm: processing (hours of stream times your tier's rate), the highlight video (10 credits per minute), and shorts (10 credits each).

A typical job: about 260 credits. A 2-hour stream on Auto Balance (2 x 65 = 130), an 8-minute highlight video (8 x 10 = 80) and 5 shorts (5 x 10 = 50). The free credits cover about two of these; Starter about 3, Pro about 17, Studio about 48. A shorts-only job skips the highlight video line.

How much does ViddyFlow cost?
Credit packs cost $5 (1,000 credits), $20 (4,500 credits) or $50 (12,500 credits). There is no subscription. A typical 2-hour stream turned into an 8-minute highlight video and 5 shorts costs about 260 credits.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 700 free credits, with no credit card. That covers about two typical jobs. Free credits are valid for 30 days.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy do not expire. Only the 700 free sign-up credits do, 30 days after sign-up, and buying any pack keeps them too.
Is there a watermark?
Videos made with free credits carry a small "Made with ViddyFlow.com" mark. Buying any credit pack removes it.
What if a job fails or finds too little?
A failed job is refunded in full, automatically. If a highlight video comes out shorter than asked, the missing part is refunded. You only pay for the shorts you actually get.
