Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes:

• Account information (email address, username)
• Twitch VOD URLs and metadata
• Payment information (processed securely through Paddle)
• Usage data and analytics
• Communication history with support
• If you connect a YouTube channel: the information described in section 5

Cookies: we use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme and the choices you last made when posting), and, with anonymous analytics, understand how the site is used. Google's sign-in window, when you use it, sets Google's own cookies under Google's policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our highlight generation services
• Process your transactions and manage your credits
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We use the following third-party services:

• Paddle: For payment processing (as our Merchant of Record)
• AWS: For cloud infrastructure and storage
• Twitch API: For accessing VOD content
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with your Google account
• YouTube API Services: If you choose to connect a YouTube channel to post videos (see section 5)
• Google Analytics: For anonymous website usage analytics to improve our service

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they use your information.

ViddyFlow uses YouTube API Services to post videos to your YouTube channel when you choose to connect one. Google's use of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and by connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

What we ask Google for:

• Permission to upload videos to your channel, used only for the videos you choose to post
• Permission to view your YouTube account, used only to show which channel is connected

We do not read, change or delete your existing videos, comments, playlists, subscribers or analytics.

What we store, and for how long:

• Your channel's name and ID, refreshed from YouTube every day, and an encrypted access token, for as long as the channel stays connected
• For each video you post: the title, description, tags, privacy and "made for kids" choices you confirmed, the video's YouTube ID and whether the upload worked. These records are deleted after 30 days

How we use and share it:

Only to upload the videos you choose, with the details you confirm, and to show you the result. Nothing is ever posted without you clicking Post. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models, and we share it with no one apart from the hosting providers that run our service. ViddyFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to disconnect:

In the app, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Disconnect. This cancels our access with Google and deletes your channel details and your post history with us right away. You can also remove ViddyFlow's access at any time from your Google account permissions page. If you do, we notice within a day and delete your channel details and post history. Deleting your ViddyFlow account disconnects YouTube too. Videos already posted stay on your channel, where only you can manage them.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to processing of your information
• Export your data in a portable format
