Each run generates a full highlight video (you control target duration) plus 5 vertical shorts (15-60 seconds each) optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. All outputs include AI-generated metadata.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ViddyFlow's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ViddyFlow provides AI-powered video highlight generation services for Twitch VODs. Our service analyzes your livestream recordings and automatically creates highlight videos and social media clips.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Be at least 13 years of age
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

Credit System: Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on:

Source VOD duration and selected processing tier
Length of generated highlight videos (10 credits per minute)

Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Once you use any credits, the purchase becomes non-refundable as the digital service has been performed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment information.

5. Content Rights and Licenses

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original VOD content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating highlights.

Generated Content: You own all rights to the highlight videos generated by our service. We do not claim any ownership of your generated content.

Twitch Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any VOD content you submit. You must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and any applicable copyright laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use automated tools to access the service excessively
Submit content you don't have rights to process
Resell or redistribute our services without permission

7. API Usage

If you use our API:

You must comply with rate limits (60 requests/minute per API key)
You must keep your API key secure and confidential
You are responsible for all activity under your API key
We may suspend API access for abuse or violations

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Generated content is stored for 30 days before automatic deletion.

We use your data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDDYFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may request account termination at any time by contacting support@viddyflow.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
