How does the credit system work?
Credits are consumed based on your source video duration and selected processing tier, plus the generated video length. For example, a 1-hour VOD processed with Creator Focus (38 credits/hour) costs 38 credits, plus 10 credits per minute of generated highlight video. Check our pricing page for detailed information.
What platforms do you support?
We currently support Twitch VODs. Our AI analyzes chat data, audio transcripts, and visual cues to create the best highlights. Support for YouTube and direct video file uploads is coming in future updates.
Can I customize the output?
Yes! Choose between different run profiles (balanced, audience-focused, or creator-focused), adjust highlight duration bounds, and select from 6 processing tiers for optimal results.
Do you offer API access?
Absolutely! All plans include full API access with webhook support. Check our API documentation to get started.
What's your processing time?
Processing time varies by tier and video length. Rapid Sprint is our fastest option, while Director Finish provides maximum quality at a slower pace. Most jobs complete within 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on the source duration and model used.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits yet. Once credits are consumed, refunds are no longer available as the digital service has been performed. See our refund policy for complete details.
